Dials is an Android, IOS, and desktop application that helps people to send messages faster, while they are talking on the phone or taking a video call.

Challenge

Design and develop an application that makes life easier when it comes to either sending documents, invoices, or meeting conformations instantly while you are on the phone without hanging out.

Solution

After many meetings with the founder, we agreed that we needed to design and develop the app for Android and IOS separately because of the limitations we have on the IOS platform. Based on that, we created low and high-fidelity wireframes using Figma.

Process

Based on our research, we recognized that there were 3 key user types (Persona) that our product tried to solve problems. After that, we started to create the app map of each platform to help engineers understand how the overall app architecture worked, and we insure that we don't forget to design anything. The results of that are made clear that we need 5 main screens in he app beside other screens which are less important to us.
